Good Morning all,
This day marks a challenging day, it did not start as it was supposed to, I was up most of the night with one or another of the children, so by 5AM, I was exhausted... So I got up and prayed for about 15 minutes. Then promptly fell asleep! I got back up at 6:30, but by then, I had missed my moments of quiet. 40 days, praying for God's guidance! Now I am off to the office and other tasks, so I will have to find time later in the day to get some quiet! |

Good Morning and happy Tax Day,
If you are like many, you have waited till today to get your taxes in, and some of you realize that you don't have all your docs in a row, so you have to file an extension!!! This year is the latest I have ever filed my taxes, it could easily be said that it is because I have too much to do, but I think mostly it is because deep down I like to procrastinate!
Well something to think about for today, If you have been struggling with your understanding of what it means to be a Christian, take time today, after you put your IRS Pack in the mail, to find 5 minutes of peace to ask yourself, "What is the most important things/ people/ events in my life?" Take a deep breath and ask God to help make this a a practice not just a desire! |
